Three real-life client examples:

• Gary's presentation for 120 executives comprising the President's senior leadership team was followed a few months later by another presentation by Gary and the President for all employees across the country via the company intranet. Next, Gary and the company's learning and development group co-created a customized six-week team development program based on keynote content to stoke the fire and encourage teams to act. Teams posted the changes and progress they made online. The President recognized the 40 top team responses on his blog with team pictures, and a copy of The Ring in the Rubble was awarded to each of the winning teams.

• Gary spoke for 1500 sales reps and then filmed interviews with the company's top sales producers immediately following the event. The client released the interview clips over the next several months to keep the energy of the event alive, followed by distribution of Gary's book to all sales reps a few months after that.

• Gary recorded an inspiring 20-minute video that was delivered electronically to 13,000 financial advisors during the height of the recession. The advisors then offered the video to their clients as a value added service that helped distinguished them for their competition.
