Hi. Welcome to my blog on change leadership.
I have a passion for helping people to lead themselves and others through change. I love it. I eat it. I sleep it. I breath it.
Why? Because change can be hard for so many people. And I have gone through difficult, personal change myself, and I learned a lot from it. And I want to share what I have learned.
I am a psychologist, author, speaker, and C-Suite executive coach. I am a husband, father, son and brother. I have learned a lot about change in these roles too.
My book title, The Ring in the Rubble, summarizes my philosophy and approach to change. The ‘golden ring’ is a metaphor for the golden opportunity every change creates. The ‘Rubble’ is a metaphor for the fear, anxiety and anger change often stirs up.
I believe there is always a ring in the rubble. It’s your job to find it. My job is to give you the tools and show you how. That’s what this blog is all about: To help readers find the golden opportunities buried in every change they face, both professionally and personally.
The blog has a professional bent. Businesses screw up change leadership. A lot. I want to help them get better at it.
The blog has a personal bent. People experience difficult change at work and in life. They get fired. They get sick. Loved ones die. I want to help them through it.
And, I want to keep learning. I hope to continue to learn from my readers. So please share your thoughts, comments and reactions. Push back. Respectfully. Through dialogue we all learn.

Thanks for the visit. Let’s learn to change. Together.
